Hi! My name is Amelia Stafford, I am a degree qualified registered medical herbalist, naturopath and natural fertility educator (B.Nat Med, NFNZ, NZAMH, B.Com VPM). I have a special focus on women’s health.

My mission is to change the way we currently look at reproductive health. I provide caring, thorough and professional healthcare. I approach each client’s unique health situation using evidence based treatment plans, scientific research and combine these with traditional holistic principles.

Frustrations with the current health care model led me to my now passion of natural medicine. Having suffered from endometriosis and adenomyosis I sought alternatives to on-going surgeries for the management of my disease and fertility struggles. Now, mum of two beautiful boys I feel forever grateful for the knowledge acquired while studying and in clinical practice & wish to share this with you.

I enjoy good food but take a practical rather than dogmatic approach to nutrition. I believe each stage of life and person has a different criteria to meet optimal health. Oh, and it must taste good!

Outside of work you can find me immersed in nature, walking the hills around Banks Peninsula, playing at the beach with my kids or at a reformer pilates class.
